Notice more and more we have individuals that will take on the govt in ideology? Challenging the wisdom of the govt? In some sense, this is a show of maturity of a country and in a way showing that the country has in fact gave enough grooming to the people to question and think otherwise...

But constructively will be appreciated. And the govt should also be more willingly to engage in a conversation than to talk down any other views... Only wise...

Wait.. What exactly is "criminal conspiracy to give a false representation to MOH"?

For the doctor involved, he is bound by his code of conduct so giving "false info" to MOH is a charge that make sense..

How can a civilian be prosecuted for the above?? If that is the case, some of us like (eg me), can be charged under the same charge as well since I also criticized MOH/OYK on their mishandling of the COVID situation.
1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..
