This pandemic had caused so many to resign, and many more intended to resign if nothing is done about their plight........

Why can't SAF medical corp be activated to help to relief the manpower issue..

If we say medics are not qualified, at least pump in the MO.. They are qualified doctors..

As for the medics, maybe get them to do the less important jobs so that the nurses can be free up to do the critical ones...

Task force has 2 years to prepare for this, yet they can't stop people from burning out..

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

Lessons learnt.
Must pay more for local to work in essential service..
At least 1.5 to 2 times of a equivalent foreign worker.

Depending on foreigner is not a good solution..
Their family is too far away..
Difficult to arrange leaves in time of crisis.

SG govt must admit, relying on cheaper foreign worker is a failure. Covid 19 exposes this weakness, same as supply in food problem.

It's the riskiest profession

Politicians sit behind closed doors in the comfort of their living room, and speak thru TV and fb

While these Healthcare workers left struggling 24/7

PM Lee is fully aware of the situation

Maybe PM Lee will direct both Ministers in-charged of MOM and Ministry of Health to improve the working condition of healthcare workers.

Everyone knows Healthcare workers did a fantastic good job so far.
