PAP has to stop using this tool to reward Singaporean to gain votes. This inflating can't go on forever. Nowadays the landed homes also crazy prices 
Quite scary. All those old timers politicians lived in landed and enjoyed the bonus of previous generation. New gen will need to do more than a job to scrap through.

Landed houses now impossible for the young pple. On average inter terrace 4 to 5m, corner 6 to 7m, sd 8 to 9m, d 10 to 20m. Only thru inheritance and lottery, else no chance already
