Problem solvers don't get rewarded in our system. Who gets rewarded are those who make a big fuss out of their small amount of work they did, so that their bosses thought they're doing a tremendous amount of good work. The executors of plans usually are not recognized but when shit hits the fan they get the blame.

What so call great achievement LHL and his current PAP team has done?
I only know they Never profit much end of the day compare vs LKY team last time.

I cannot think of any great achievement LHL has done for SG yet ... Changi T5 ? Jewel ? but end of the day does it profit a lot back for SG?
