17 yrs old riding motorbike breaking all laws..

"At the State Courts on Thursday, the teenager, who appeared in court via video link, was charged with four traffic-related charges:

Dangerous driving

Failing to stop when ordered by an authorised officer

Riding without a valid licence, and

Riding without insurance coverage."

If the court doesn't gives heavy sentences, eventhough he is a junior.
All LTA officers should just quit!!!!
Singapore becomes a lawless nation on our roads.

Our roads is not a venue for Dare devil performing stunt and challenge LTA enforcement officers!

He risked his life at the expense of all other road users.
His argument totally undermining all Singapore Traffic Laws and Regulations. Such attitude is unforgivable.

SHAME!!!! ON OUR MINISTER'S DECLARATION ABOUT OUR LAW IS ADEQUATE IN DETERRING RECKLESS DRIVERS!
THIS 17 YEARS OLD JUST HIT THE NAIL ON THEIR HEAD! SPOT ON!

NS?! You really think can train a boy to man in 2024? The day they decided to issue yoga mat, gloves and knee guards and changing the IPPT was already telling the world that they are training guniang.

Also can tell from this kid his upbringing was damn solid that he actually and correctly pointed some facts that you can see even the judge kept quiet. If only he was being guided correctly with what a waste with such intelligence yet doing all the wrong things.

Oh wait, we have very educated people or ex military personnel doing wrong things as well.

The Minister decided our law is adequate should apologise to the deceased LTA OFFICER'S FAMILY.

The teenage biker was the main contributory factor. The fact that he showed absolutely no remorse will count against him.

The enforcement biker should exercise care when carrying out duty. Pay how much only dont be a hero. Call for assistance support.

If the LTA officer has a body or bike cam, he could have recorded the youth's licence plate or memorised it. He could have spared his own life by not pursuing the culprit, but I do admire his commitment to his job.

rip.
hope rest of tp or warden learn a lesson. no need to chase so hard. just follow and radio for help. so many camera on the expressway and road sure can capture his face and where he end his run.
even if cannot catch him. after event just follow up. singapore so small he can run away meh.
respect the lta officer for his serious in work. hope no more such happening.
for offender. don't run. no need to run. cannot run away in singapore. just surrender for a lighter sentence.

In that case, all illegal speedsters can drive or ride dangerously on our roads.
Whoever crashes, died due to their reckless action is not their fault? 🤔

Our traffic laws and system are for what purposes?
