For all the people I know from SAF (retire Major, Colonels...), they have one thing in common - Arrogance and loud.

Throughout their career is all about rank and do it my way or high-way type. How can they be humble and be consultative. Especially those BGs, they are kings in SAF, where they are worship like God... Oh yes BTW, sucking up to superior is one great skills these fellows possess.
