any thought of connecting a pvc/hose /drill though the wall and connect to the toilet directly for easier change of water ?

I am thinking of how to simplifying the water change process : carrying of hose, unwrapping of hose, keeping back hose every week not a pleasant tasks...

how about connecting a pvc/hose to the tank permanently for water change, just need to turn on/off the tap every week

With a good Ehiem 2217 600 litre cannister, 1 month change water is good enough.
Combine with Dragon stone aquascape, the water is crystal clear. And fishes as healthy as possible.

One single pipe for both inlet and outlet.
one single switch to turn ON and OFF. changing water is a breeze.

Your tank must be near to toilet for the rubber tube.

It is better to focus on the tank water filtration system, maintaining a balance artificial ecosystem in which fish and plants are able to find a habitat where they can grow and develop in a healthy and balanced way.

Rather then constantly changing water.

Kept for 2 yrs and gave up. Too troublesome. Smaller plant tanks with small fish good enough

In that case, the tank must be customised. Many aquarium houses big fish like the Arowana.

I completely understand the challenges of managing a sizable aquarium, especially one that's 5 feet or larger. It's a rewarding hobby, but it does come with its fair share of responsibilities. When it comes to water changes, I've found that having a well water iron filter, like the KL-1054 Ozone filter from WECO Filters, can be a game-changer. Not only does it help remove impurities, but it also ensures that the water quality stays optimal for our aquatic buddies. For a tank of this size, you're absolutely right about the importance of efficient filtration. It not only keeps the water clean but also helps maintain the right oxygen levels, which is crucial for the health of our fish and other aquatic creatures.
