Heard from official source the very tall office building will be built as planned. What's the implication? And when rts ready in 2026?

This building is 307.4m tall.

Will be taller than any building in Singapore.

one thing when you buy an asset what is your exit strategy...if you hold and enjoy ..then no worries...let the next gen deal with it

but if you do need to sell ..you must remember what Malaysian always say... let the SG rich people buy at 1m + and after a few years the price will plummet to 500k , then the locals will buy

Malaysian like to promote unwanted assets to Singaporean....
History Never Change.
No point buying property that is not sellable. No rental yield.
Buy for what purposes? Ridiculous.
