Economic slowdown

and we can deport 100k FTs & PRs

Just hire citizens with 50% job fit to be trained

for the jobs taken by FTs

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

PAP said GST for 3 reasons-

1. Skills Future
Which is not needed because only jobs can build skills

2. For the poor
Use FWs levy can also help the poor

3. Healthcare Cost
Not needed because Gan KY already raise our premiums

So, this GST is OVER- lapping

so that PAP collects more money

If agent tells buyer resale price will drop,
how to close the deal and earn agent fee?

purchasing power is eroding world wide, future world growth
will be much slower. Much less fanciful than last 40yrs.

Major changes in asset class weightage is currently at works.

Recession confirm lah. Inflation will only go higher, just look how the living expenses are rising!!

My opinion? I would rather trying my luck here, at least there's a possibility of hope 😂

Song Boh!
Can’t imagine US rate shoot up.
Fed still take own sweet time to raise rate!

There are 3 gigantic bubbles right now.
China property bubble
US stock market bubble
Japan bond bubble.
China property bubble already popped.

Very easy to guage. When SIBOR 3month rate hit 3%. 100% SG property will go downturn.

Covid crisis.... 2% SIBOR rate already make properties go on sales.

A really good agent goes on volume instead of price.

In a bull trend property cycle phase, agent should go deal high prices and mostly private. But do build up a hdb profile or network. During the down phase of a cycle, focus on hdb downgraders and click the volume.

Purchasing power is eroding throughout the whole world and is permanent.
A change in spending lifestyle is going to reshape global economy.
Further it may result in how people view asset.
