Malaysia law never protect buyers. Especially the foreigners and Singaporean.
Chinese and local developers make use of loopholes in legalities to cheat buyers payments.
Especially for the 99 years private lease system.

Who is so stupid to pay full 99 years lease to a private company...🤣
Malaysian government not legally accountable too 😆
Bolei lah..

Quote:  Government figures show Johor Bahru has 12 condominium projects listed as “sick” — a designation for developments delayed by more than 30 per cent compared to the scheduled progress, or if the period stipulated in the sale and purchase agreement has expired.

Always remember that jb properties are easi to buy but difficult to sell.

Had they bought properties in sg, they would have made millions like the 2324 Malaysian turned singki.

Those writers normally cite 1 or 2 real cases before going into real topics. Reporting techniques.

The same article was published not long ago? More similar stories will appear to serve as "cooling measures" as more singkees are rushing to jb to buy while they still cheap
