Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar has urged the federal government to give more allocation to the state, saying that every year almost RM13 billion of federal revenue is collected from Johor.
Describing Johor as a key contributor to the national economy he warned the federal government that the state should not be treated as a stepchild, forcing it to leave Malaysia.

Iz a win win for both Johor and Sinpwn if they decide to merge with us. Instead of puppet Haleemah, he can be our Sultan, dun think Sinpwneans will mind in exchange for more plentiful and affordable housing, water and food supplies. Iz huat huat for all concerned.

Nope..
Race majority issue, kicked SG out of MY..
This fact will never change..

SG too small, no power to interfere.
Maybe China or US is a better candidate

lol. If Johor secedes Bolehland and declares independence, dan no need to merge with Sinpwn liao. Iz no longer a political issue for us.
Of course dis wan must oso depend on whether majority Johoreans song with breaking off with Bolehland or not and agreeing to Sultan becoming ruler if still got democracy.

If Johor merge with Sinpwn and comes to some kind of bilateral agreement, Sultan of Johor can become our Sultan in lieu of  of our President and his powers will still be limited to those of a ceremonial figure head more or less like what  he wields now. In case you no know, the Sultan is not the ruler of Johor even.
