In the first place CASE is an absolutely useless entity that doesn't work on it's mission and vision. And so, why would a CASE email even be authentic in any aspect??

How is it possible that this guy just clicked a URL link and his $149,000 is gone instantly? I think he must had given them some confidential details like password or something. ...

He login to a fake DBS website by scammer. AND he authorized further... from his hp app.
Scammer must have login to real DBS and then he authorized.

After he logged into the fake dbs website , scammer got his credentials . scammer used them to log in to the real dbs website and direct the authorisation page to him. Once authorized scammer laughed his way to bank.
