Doing this routine today,

Incline Dumbbell Press: 8–10 reps (4 Sets)
Flat Bench Press: 8–10 reps (4 Sets)
Decline Dumbbell Flyes: 8–12 reps (3 sets)
Triceps Pushdown – V-Bar Attachment: 9–12 reps (3 Sets)
Skull Crushers: 9–12 reps (3 Sets)
Decline Bench Press: 8–10 reps each (3 Sets)

You used very light weights to do so many set ah? If you use very heavy weights, just one set of each is more productive than so many sets and wasting time. ... Big Grin
