My take on this 
1. Oyk doesn't want to take over GKY at MOH 
2. OYK is not prepared for the MTF as he is new in it.
3. GKY and LW didn't share enough information.
4. That why come the eye power at GKY. And GKY look at LW since he knows to 画大饼 with his innocence look.
