Hope some big investers can try...it help to put Lee's Pineapple on the world map. 

Unlikely for others to come in. If it's a legacy business that they already own which has historical value, many of these old rich families do not mind continuing even if it does not make sense financially.

However, its a totally different ball game to expect someone else to buy over a business from a third party when it doesn't make any sense from a financial POV.
