According to recent data from Malaysia immigrant there are about 1 million Malaysian working in Singapore...

So i think he can raise $10million easily.

I believed MOH wil write-off these costs. Our medical protocol is to save life first before seeking pyt. Moreover, he is a foreigner and it wud be difficult to get his family to pay for it. Provided he is covered by insurance from his company.

There is a possibility. Before covid breakout, many working people are stressed out with work and we don’t hear sudden deaths. Worst of all, even hearing sudden deaths of healthy people with heart attacks. Kind of weird.
