Actually I impressive with Russia. They currently involve in Ukraine war still can supply support to Iran vs Israel. As usual " maybe backend Iran got good deal with Russia likewise Russia have North Korea support backend in exchange for some " goodies " back to NK. Likewise China back end also support the Russia as they are friends all along but China play safe is never support any army aid to Russia wait USA blah blah again.
