I see 3 MPs resigned with immediate effect. No need to serve notice period one. So good ah? So no need to pay back?

FYI Iswaran so call On leave also is Paid leave for sure base on Civil services so call terms come paid leave , un leave etc.
Partly PM just claim Iswaran on leave . He never clearly stated is un pay leave ? or ?
So base on what he claim , is Paid leave partly in the sense he still a " question mark got commit offence or never " as still been investigate by CPIB.
