If Russia is all out to get Ukraine, no one will be able to access internet in Ukraine.. Let along transiting the interview with Ix Shen out of the country..

Even if Starlink is made available to Ukraine, if Putin say whichever satellite dare to help Ukraine to transit signal, will be deem as hostile to Russia and will be shoot down, no one will dare to help Ukraine..
