Malaysia expelled S'pore in 1965, believing that we would not survive
#1

Back in 1963, S'pore joined Malaysia for economic and practical reasons. However, political and social clashes led to an unexpected expulsion in 1965. Unlike most countries, Malaysia expelled S'pore with the expectation of our failure. We lacked resources and relied on Malaysia for water and food. Contrary to expectations, S'pore thrived. We lack natural resources, but our strategic location and focus on trade and industry fuelled our success. Now Malaysia is envious about how far S'pore has developed ahead of our northern neighbours.

Malaysia lacks leaders with the vision and foresight needed to guide the country toward progress. Once such leaders are found, Singapore will struggle to keep up....let's hope Anwar continues to do badly Big Grin

We should not be happy with current position because our survival depends on the open and free markets.

If there is a world war, we will be threatened due to lack of natural resources.

It is only with Human Resources, then we wil be able to make natural resources. Humans must strive to adapt change and thinks of other means.

S'pore will succeed regardless who's ''running'' the show here...................becoz the Rothschilds were the ones that sent Raffles here..............they wanna use S'pore as a military base to control the commerce shipping between Indian Ocean and Asia-Pacific.................that's why so many big companies came here or were already here before 1965..........

As long as Affirmative Action is not dismantled, S'pore has nothing to fear from Malaysia. Their brain drain will continue owing to institutionalised racial discrimination. Their country will continue to be led by their third or fourth tier of talent, corruption will continue unchecked and their majority race will never be able to get rid of their crutches and wheelchairs.
