wow. like sg. all citizen can be tax for revenue. rather then let other country earn the tax if converter to other nationality

Don't think so. Malaysia should be like Singapore. Income tax is on people who worked in the country for more than half a year, regardless of nationality. For citizens working overseas long-term, no income tax. 

Very few countries are like USA where non-resident citizens are taxed regardless of where the income is derived.
