I think old folk lah.. pain is suffering, pain killer sometimes dont help. cause the body learn to become immune to them 
after sometimes lah..

especially those old folk,, that is why i said euthanusia is good. so old folk can dies nicely.  dont need to comit suicide,
many countires in europe already legalise this...
