The High Court found SSgt Rosli arrested Mr Mah because he disliked him - not because he genuinely believed Mr Mah was a danger because of a mental disorder.

Jeyaratnam was trying to be fair [based on on bdeo evidence ony] but lacked good judgement. For sure the guy iz not right in the head, willy nilly pat a boy on the head and oso act disoriented. If the mata dint apprehend the guy and he later pose a danger to others dan everyone will blame mata. They should better educate mata abt handling psych cases. Should send directly to the right department ie IMH and let the specialists assess his condition. Many tragedies happened in the past bcos mata failed to act in a timely manner. Lessons can be learnt here.

Are you disagree with the judge's verdict?
