I guess the 27yrs refers to IT-related industry. 
Since she studied Econs at NUS (Arts Faculty), I doubt she can join the IT industry immediately upon graduation.
Perhaps she had spent 3 years in other non-IT jobs then.

So 2025 - 27 - 3 - 4 (Honours degree) = 1991 NUS cohort (19yo) = Born in 1972 = 53yo in 2025 (my guess)
