Microsoft chairman and CEO Satya Nadella on Wednesday announced "significant commitments" to build a new regional data center in Thailand, among other initiatives.

This comes as company announced a day earlier that it will be making a $1.7 billion investment into Indonesia over the next four years to build new cloud and AI infrastructure.
"Today's announcement with Microsoft is a significant milestone in the journey of our 'Ignite Thailand' vision – one that promises new opportunities for growth, innovation, and prosperity for all Thais," said Prime Minister of Thailand Srettha Thavisin in a statement."

Since only Singapore benefitted tremendously from recent Swiftonomics (and no others ), a more relief US President Biden maybe can now consider to relocate 50% to 60% of US MNCs and big companies out of Singapore (world's richest country) to the neighbouring 3 poorer countries.

Only reason is to counter Chinese OBOR expansion.
And can move back again to Singapore later.
