SG must promote those health care workers staying put in fighting against covid.
Especially those locals health care staff proving resilience in tough times.

Pay them higher salary, because we really need them when foreign health care staff resigned at such critical time.

Foreign talent maybe cheaper or with higher education. But they tends to leave when facing international crisis...

That is the reason many countries pay local health care staff with higher salary.
Because they are the critical core group in time of crisis.

Foreigners will fly home, no matter what we planned in advance.

This is the failure of PAP planning. Failure in paying higher salary for local staff in critical service...
You want a core group in a country, you must pay for it...not free of charge.
