PARLIAMENTAlvin Tan: More than 80% of Singapore’s financial sector workforce is local, offers highest median incomes

More than 80% of Singapore’s financial sector workforce comprises locals, offering the highest median incomes, Minister of State for Trade and Industry Alvin Tan told Parliament on 10 March. Responding to MP Yip Hon Weng, he highlighted job growth and talent initiatives but did not clarify the definition of “locals.” However, Singapore typically classifies local residents as Singaporeans and permanent residents.

PAP is making inaccurate/ False statements when Foreigners

holding PR Status or others born outside SG be local at all

It is the same disGraceFul tricks when PAP refused to acknowledge

FTs and just lump FWs into it

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Did Alvin get fake Masters Degree or SCholarship?

Or too lazy to check Dictionary on the definition of Natives, Locals, Inhabitants, Residents . . . ?

Local REsidents are not Permanent Residents, either.

But definitely wanting to mislead 61% NAIVE as usual because

the True Data must be 20/80 lor.

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

PR are not citizens

The gov acknowledges that PRs are differentiated from Citizens by letting them enjoy less benefits

Why are they now lumped together?
