His passport cost him $150k, he doesn’t have so much money, so they reduced the amount to $1000 and asked him to find 149 others who want to buy passports, he made it and received his new passport in mail…his dream came true.

Wow, your post got me all excited! Traveling the world sounds like an absolute dream. I remember when I went on a spontaneous trip to Costa Rica with some friends.
