Mr Coconut said that after its investigations, it found no basis to the "grave allegations" that Ms Charissa Tan had made against it. It is inviting her to "put forth her current allegations in the form of a statutory declaration”.

Although the full facts of the matter can only be known to both parties, from my own experience dealing with employee matters, it is likely that Mr Coconut's version of events is closer to the truth.
Two very striking points stick out in the whole sage:
1) The quantum sought by Charrissa Tan (what sort of name is this?) is way too high and beyond reasonable expectations. This points strongly that the whole saga is a ploy to quote high, create drama and then wait for the employer to offer a "halfway" settlement rather than a genuine attempt to seek redress.
2) Most companies are very cautious when dealing with public rebuttals especially on employment dispute matters and usually sprinkle their statements with hedges everywhere. This is because a low level employee has nothing to lose and can afford to whack in whatever way he/she wants, but for a company one wrong misstep could cause serious reputational and financial damage.
From the disclosures so far, Mr Coconuts is going in almost unreservedly to counter Charissa's allegations leaving no room for them to maneuver, this suggests that they have very strong evidence of her misdoings and are confident of going through mud with her.

Then why is it they did not ask her to leave when she had poor performance...but ask her to leave only when she became pregnant.

If Ms Charissa Tan has any common sense left, her best course of action now is to either furnish new evidence supporting her cause to the mediator (if any) or lay low and change her name to something else for future job applications.
The investigation report has obviously gone through competent legal, HR and PR scrub and is near the levels of professionalism seen in large corporations. This is obviously not a report casually generated by an Administration Manager or small time busy towkay. Mr Coconut or its owning enterprise mean business and Ms Charissa Tan is in for a hard time if her case is not iron clad.
