HK actor Aaron Kwok says he eats only one meal a day
#1

Kwok revealed that he follows an unconventional routine – going to bed at 6am and waking up at 1pm daily.

“I don’t eat during the day, just a simple slice of bread is enough,” he said.

The Rob N Roll (2024) star added that he doesn’t eat much, having just one meal a day.

Addressing the reason behind his strict routine, Kwok – who’s married to Chinese model Moka Fang – said he gains weight easily.

He went on to recall the struggles he faced with his weight during his early career in Taiwan in the 1990s.

The less meals you eat the longer you live.

"Potential Benefits:
* Increased lifespan: Studies on animals have shown that reducing calorie intake can lead to a longer lifespan. This is likely due to a decrease in cellular damage and inflammation.

* Improved metabolic health: Calorie restriction can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other metabolic disorders.

* Reduced risk of cancer: Some studies suggest that calorie restriction may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer."
