It is very soft. I have a way to tenderise it with papain. The texture is like soft like medium well done.

Once a while eating beef the western way is nice......beef steak with red wine.....

this type of beef is very easy to cook because it is marbled with fat.

just pan fry each side on high fire for 1 minute, and add some freshly grounded pepper.

better than many restaurants

No. My method you can eat all the protein with less fat and meat tender but not mushy and need not pay a bomb. Laughing there is a reason why outside beef horfun use cheaper cut.

The food vendor wants to maximize his profit margin and thus uses cheaper beef in their cooking......

They have ways to make it soft. I know their method already. The lean ones has better nutrition and way cheaper. Laughing
