“As a Christian, growing up in Sunday school, I was taught from the Bible that those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed. I want to be on the blessing side of things,” he stated, an apparent reference to Genesis 12:3.
“Those who bless Israel is what it says, it doesn’t say the government of, it says the nation of Israel,” Cruz replied.
“The nation of Israel today comprises a people that prays in the same language, in the same places and with the same liturgy as in ancient times,” he wrote. “Its faith is governed by the Old Testament.”
“This is the same nation of Israel referred to in the Bible,” Friedman added.
For him to equate the modern state of Israel today (with its political leadership & boundaries) is to say that Abraham would be ok to slaughter thousands of innocent men women & children, assassinate people here & there, invade other people's territory, steal their land & property, destroy their orchards, use trickery & deception to kill & injure people, starve entire populations, attack & murder people delivering food aid to the starving.
The Christians got it wrong and those still supporting Israel's injustices against Palestinians are doing it out of blind faith & ignorance
My Christian friends who once supported Israel immediately after 7 Oct have all either gone quiet, abandoned Israel, or speaking out against Israel in defence of their faith
Senator Ted Cruz, an evangelical Christian Zionist cannot even answer basic questions like how many people are there & who are the people in Iran, the country that he wants to invade & whose people he wants to "liberate"
Tucker Carlson, a recent convert to Catholicism put him on the spot which then led him to ask Cruz:
JERUSALEM: A video that shows ultra-Orthodox Jews spitting on the ground beside a procession of foreign Christian worshippers carrying a wooden cross in the holy city of Jerusalem has ignited intense outrage and a flurry of condemnation in the "holy land". The spitting incident, which the city's minority Christian community lamented as the latest in an alarming surge of religiously motivated attacks, drew rare outrage on Tuesday from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials.

Only 200000 (1.5 % of total population of Israel)have been blessed to live in the holy land😭
Ah! Now I see why is the problem - Those "2 billion" X'tians feel "unblessed" not unable to live in Israel which is only 22,000 sq km and need to take Gaza, West bank etc etc in the name of some religion which itself love WAR
(X'tians) evangelicals’ support isn’t simply driven by a theology that compels them to love the Holy Land, detached from its convulsive domestic and global political implications. For many “Christians Zionists,” and particularly for popular evangelists with significant clout within the Republican Party, their support for Israel is rooted in its role in the supposed end times: Jesus’ return to Earth, a bloody final battle at Armageddon, and Jesus ruling the world from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. In this scenario, war is not something to be avoided, but something inevitable, desired by God, and celebratory.

It's better that he didn't appear in this world.
They been living together for hundreds of years
The trouble started when the Europeans came & claim its theirs
In contrast, chinese creators, gods and deities never incited ppl to fight each others, instead always tell them 以和为贵, 放下屠刀 and etc. Very different right?
