estate in very good location. but design not so good result in high maintenance cost.
should split water tank to a few level serving 10 level each to reduce cost of pumping water high high.

Private properties even better, let's say from 2m to 2.5m, that's 25% up in 3 yrs. Plus rent and interests from delayed payments, that's 30 to 35% increase

With Pinnacle fetching this type of prices, the govt method of providing Usave rebates and GST vouchers need to change. Imagine this household at Pinnacle getting more rebates and subsidies than someone living in a cheap suburban condo.

But those who sell their pinnacle flats, hv to either downgrade to other locations. Or top up to buy nearby private condos which is not a bad idea.
