Tengah airbase recently also got one warplane crashed due to parts faulty but pilot was lucky to survive .....

A 75 million dollar Air Force jet has crashed at the Amberley Base outside Brisbane.
Human error has been officially blamed for a dramatic incident in which a RAAF Super Hornet pilot and a weapons officer ejected from their aircraft during an aborted take off.
Luckily never crashed into your house. .phew!!!
