Estimated 160,000 aged 65 and over are living alone.
Suggestions: Govt only needs healthcare and social workers combined total 1,000 workforce ( or maybe lesser) to periodically track only those unwell elderly conditions.

and can be FREE volunteers when they are 60s or 70s

It would be senile to ask volunteers to help the elderly as they are not trained, not dedicated long term, and not legally bound under the law ie go into houses to steal.

Only paid trained dedicated workers can help the elderly.
