His fake Uganda passport actually worked coming into Singapore. He was only caught when he went to ICA months after his return.
The fake passport quality must be super good. Might be actually made of the real thing, i.e. Uganda embassy staff helped issue it for a bribe.

Likely pay to get the passport. If you are overseas still have to come back for reservists?
