Maybe can sleep in bomb shelter because it is designed during war time we stay there with door closed . The room design have two air ventilation holes too!

Not too bad if the rent includes full condo facilities, gym, carpark, use of living room, kitchen, balcony, tv, wifi, stove, ...

I think starting from around 1997 all new condos and landed houses need to hv shelters, until 2000 or so.

So most after around 2000 no individual shelter, only at common areas for condos. But the strange thing is a few newly built ones still hv individual shelters
