PAP copied JobsBank from USA but they twisted it to serve FTs instead.
PAP copied JobsBank that can track the unemployed because there is a sign- in profile to click " unemployed" but they refused to use it.
Tan SL said he use Data Analytics to track Fake Discrimination ( of course cannot track the 22 Types) but why cannot use Data Analytics to track the jobs, the applicants and the interviews done??
I wrote in my feedback about this 3 years ago and nothing done. Bunch of Jokers, lah.
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Since PSP and WP cannot get full unemployment data from PAP, PSP and WP can also set up the national unemployment registry to collect their own job data.
If there is no data from PAP, PSP and WP can use their own data to debate in parliament.
If not, the debate will have no conclusive action if there is no data to take action.
The national registry is just a record of unemployed and under-employed PMETs who want to work.
This is a real record data that PSP and WP can use in parliament.

Currently, there is no national database or registry to track the total number of unemployed and under-employed Singaporeans.
If you are unemployed or under-employed and want to work, just register in the registry for govt help.
This database will give the actual number of unemployed and under-employed Singaporeans.
Current percentage of less than 3% unemployment is just a statistic and does not give the true picture.
PAP MPs and opposition MPs can debate in parliament based on the true picture in the unemployment registry.
There is no need for any job statistics.
We always have job debates in parliament because the govt statistics do not reflect the true problems of the job market.
If MPs can help all unemployed in the registry to find job, there is no need for any job debate in parliament.
You want to tekan them?

Their job is only to serve the ppl not help the ppl...
You still dont get it.

for past 20 years, WP has been saying the govt has not provided full data.
for past 20 years, WP and PAP has done nothing because no data for debate to action.
PAP or WP should set up national registry to collect real person data.
if not another 20 years will pass and the same job issue remains unresolved.
national unemployment registry is a common set up in western countries to tackle real person unemployment.

If my understanding reading is correct from the USA/ UK website, it is a very Holistic Approach but PAP just cut & paste what they can benefit from it.
Once a person is jobless, he goes to the Govt website to activate his jobless status. He is automatically put in JobsBank and Unemployment Insurance, not just "fake benefits" like MOM statements.
All 3 areas will be used to monitor because
Govt do not want to spend too much money on welfare. So they try to get them a job soonest.
PAP's refuse to check and thus no balance. The whole system is flawed and contradicts itself.
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

there is no PAP govt website to register jobless status.
there are only govt websites to register for job help and no obligation to help you .
these websites do not track your job status.
there is no need for welfare if PAP can find job for you.
currently, there is no compulsory job help.
you can register for job help but no guarantee that they will help
for example, i know one PMET uncle registered for 1 year and heard nothing from PAP on job.
he only received emails on course, job fairs and talk
after 3 months, the govt person called him to check if he still needed help and if he can remove his record from the database.

I do not call PAP Govt at all.

They are undeserving and only 脸上 贴金。
That is why USA/ UK Govt can do so much better.
All companies have a software system where sub- systems can download data from it. Just like USA/ UK Govt where their main system is Social Security System.
PAP is working like under- developing country where their Checks & Balances is flawed for many years.
That is why Catherine Lim said 12 years ago,
PA P CANNOT TRANSFORM. So true, even now.
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
