Ukraine wasn't a small country previously... They produced and own 25% of USSR GDP. They had 6 times more nuke warheads than China. All the best military and industrial machineries. Best shipping port and facility that produced many aircraft carriers and other sophisticated maritime vessels...
Why they fail? Cos they blindly listen to USA to disarm and embrace USA. Embrace the NATO.
And then everything fell apart and accelerated downwards since...
Singapore beware. It's not about small nation but whether you have balls of steel to remain neutral when the whales fight or make love...

Ukr is an official country in UN, it is right to condemn such invasion.
But then, Sg did support invasion in 2nd Iraq war.
So do not expect other UN members to take Sg words seriously.
