I see it's been a while since this was discussed, but I just wanted to ask—how effective do you think these phishing exercises really are? Some people might get annoyed by them, but others argue it's a good way to stay alert. Have any of you ever fallen for a test like this, or do you think it actually helps you spot real threats more easily?

A phishing exercise makes sense, but I've seen cases where employees get frustrated if it happens too often or feels like a gotcha moment. Training is great, but companies also need solid processes to back it up.
ISO 27001 Certification Automation can help by making sure security policies are followed consistently and updated when needed. A strong security culture comes from both awareness and good systems in place.
