I think there must be a balance between showing empathy for real mental health issues and normal emotional adjustments we all go through in life. This article is trying to blow up what is really just some people needing to adjust to physical professional interaction after being absent from the workplace for too long into some sort of social mental phenomena that the wider public should be concerned about.

There is no need for this sort of exaggeration and trying to make every single challenge someone faces into a dramatic story encourages more Singaporeans  to moan and groan over every single minor work challenge and further erodes the competitiveness and productivity of our workforce.
