No way to cover as overseas training, not operations, are more closely tracked...

Even the no of rounds fired and purpose of the use are logged.

That is how SAF able to do very fast investigation and solution when accident happen.

Most arrived early 2000s. Along the way, Sg have done couple of upgrades. 
Of course structure hardly change but normally war plane can last 30-50 years if maintain well.
Engine replacement is change at least once in between.
Even tiong still use SU 27 SU 30, so did Rus.

Good news ! 

RSAF F-15SG Eagle squadrons have step in to fill the duty while the Falcons stays grounded.
BTW, the Eagle has 2x engines vs Falcons single engine..
So x2 noisier and louder..
