Redacted messages at centre of trial as Defence seeks access to AGC

Redacted messages at centre of trial as Defence seeks access to AGC-reviewed evidence

In Pritam Singh's trial, former WP cadre Yudhishthra Nathan testified about a redacted message he submitted to the Committee of Privileges (COP), believing it was "immaterial" as the COP seemed more focused on WP leadership’s role in Raeesah Khan’s lie. The Defence seeks access to these AGC-reviewed messages, but the AGC opposes releasing them.

What kind of fcuking trial is this?
What kind of fooking prosecution we have?
How can prosecution have access to certain materials but the defence cannot ?
It is very obvious that the prosecution is blocking access to certain material that may put them in very bad light
Now, if the prosecution does not allow the defence access to the all messages, redacted and unredacted
It is obvious the prosecution is trying to hide something
And any man in the streets has the right to refer this as a kangaroo court case

The purpose of this “for  show only” court case is to silence the chief Oppo and to make him a bankrupt.

So all of you should be prepared to donate for a good cause.

Whatever is the outcome.

This is a good process to let the young politicians and political parties supporters to know, our politic is not a game.

Where you can play punk, lies and have fun over your personal grudges in Parliament.

RK should never be allowed to take the precious WP candidacy slot in the first place. Blocked many other potential candidates working hard for many years in WP. With deep inspiration to improve Singapore and Singaporean future.

What a pity and waste.
We learnt about her performance capacity is described as lau hong, weak and even stupid from the Party members itself.

How on earth can we get such poor standard MP in the first place?
Playing with minority rights, deliberately lies against police integrity to induce injustice emotional outbursts for female victims.

WP must seriously and openly revamp their Party standard and explain to all Singaporean voters.
Never again send in such troublemaker and senseless candidate for our Parliament seat.
It is a total shame for our country unfortunately 😔.

Is the govt using the Parliament to fight against Opposition not enough? This case has even rolled over to the Courts. The legal system should be fair to allow both sides to see and argue about the redacted messages rather than to waste time where the Defense does not have any clear picture and cannot defend.

From all the saying and lying, this court case is a waste of precious time on the Oppo chief. Should not have happened. Cut short is the only way to go.

COP, COI, POFMA and whatever big jargons they have are clearly super- tools to whack Oppositions. Were any of those used in PaP?
