the golden ratio for f&b is food cost is 30%... 30% rent... 30% man power.... 10% profit. after misc cost, you are lucky to have net profit of 5%... based on this ratio, egg has to sell for at least $1... also, need oil and gas to cook...

Cheaper and lesser ingredients

From sambal to nothing

From lettuce to cabbage

From mince pork to ?

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
