That's why it's premature to slap the student with a murder charge immediately. No motive even established yet. Schizophrenia is a real issue. Does he even understand he killed a person?

AG always use murder first, then they will amend the charge. Lets' see.

"The penalty for murder includes death. However, according to Section 314 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a sentence of death cannot be passed or recorded against an accused person who was below 18 at the time of the offence"
