Dun waste money studying lah. Just do it if can bring cost of living down. No point studying because your neighbour might build one in JB or the other neighbour might build one in Batam.

And it is populated with many people using the Causeway

and many industrial estates

I think best places to build the nuke plants should be district 9, district 7 and hopefully can help bring down the property prices in those areas.
