I already say CPF is " Govt purposely set so call , pass to your kids . Can continue the cycle "

Honestly speaking , the aim is to cut down people seeking Financial aid from Govt

BUT the CPF system seem don't work like this, In fact over the years Govt claim more and more people seeking Govt Financial aid help.
