How many PMEs get to retire at 64? Many of my ex-classmates started getting retrenched in their 40s; many fell off the cliff, and ended up being underemployed as insurance/real estate agents, MLM salespeople, PHV drivers, cabbies, private tutors or gig workers. Meanwhile, foreign PMEs can be seen in all sectors, including Finance, IT, sales, marketing, HR etc.

best if there is some very light work. like just need to be present. flexible working hours.
daily 4 hours. so to keep life going. has some money in and continue to look forward to life.
