I have a feeling this is another one of those potential disasters in the making. Other than a general idea not to "lose out" in the SPAC bandwagon, I don't sense any thorough and comprehensive framework laid out to attract the real technology startups.

It will likely die of a natural death if there's insufficient interest or worse still, start to attract the wrong companies who flee here after failing the due diligence process in Nasdaq, STAR or Hang Seng.
