Bullies suffer from low levels of self-esteem and empathy to high levels of anxiety, depression or anger. Such students often come from broken homes, have difficulty adjusting to school and their academic failures also contribute to their aggressive behaviour. Bullying bosses are pretty similar as they are usually insecure, lack self-esteem and are anxious of subordinates whom they view as a threat to their position.

This is because the Govt allows many years of Bullies without firm action nor expelling and now, getting more common. Singapore has walked into this chosen path due to inferiority.

I think he meant to say: “All schools are good schools for different reasons such as studies, football, smoking, drug usage, truancy, bullying, fighting, gangs etc.”
